OKLAHOMA - OKC

There has been quite a renaissance occurring in downtown OKC for the past decade as it strives to become a notable city.  As of November 19, 2014 the conversation about a medical innovation district went public with this article in the Journal Record newspaper. 

No fooling. 4.1.2015: This idea has legs. Official press release lists the collaborators.  

May 1, 2016: The website for OKCInnovationDistrict is live and the boundary map is published.

Brookings Study of OKC released April 2017. Feasibility of the OKC-ID effort shows tremendous possibilities.
